Payment Information

Depending on the type of case 10-15% of the amount of the total bond is required and in some cases collateral for the whole amount. However, please call us at 863-370-2077 for additional information. You can also come by the office located at 1425 North Broadway in Bartow, Florida. Upon fulfillment of the contract terms one of our Surety Agents will enter a Surety Bond for the release of the defendant from incarceration. The defendant must check in with our office weekly and appear for all court dates. Once the case is resolved your obligations to William Kidwell Bail Bonds will be fulfilled and your collateral will be returned.

Wow I came here looking for their email address and saw these comments…. I have been working with Billy and Lynn since my first arrest back in 2003! Im appalled.. I’m pretty sure kidwell Bail bonds help these ppl out and they probably took off running.. lynn and billy well …. They are they best in the biz, and as long as u play the game right youll win ,!! and if you f*** around you’ll find out .,..any way Love these guys seriously they work with you they are great !!! Secretary from this company is insane and has stalked me and harassed me for the last few years and I have never met her. I used this bail bonds one time and have long paid for what I did. I have done my time and this issue has been over 4 years yet. This secretary is still even today. Harassing me, and it’s unprofessional, and someone needs to put a muzzle on this girl, she’s a lunatic.
