Second time using two men and a truck. First one in Atlanta, GA – 5 stars. Thinking I’d get the same level of service, I hired Lakeland office movers. Rushing and running down the ramp with my $2,000 Wayfair dresser (glossy white finish), the dropped it face down on my driveway. Bare, without protective sheets. Absolutely careless. Paid in full, move service $2,000 plus $200 in tips. Horrible franchise and even more horrible Corporate Offices, not taking full responsibility even after paying $100 in addition for insurance. For a $2,000 dresser, they are offering me $600 for the inconvenience. Item is on sale and they can’t even get close to replacing it. With $600, I can’t even buy half a dresser with the mediocre funds they offer. Corporate and local site washes their hands and take no responsibility. I do not recommend, you will be better off moving things yourself or hiring uHaul movers. Hiring an attorney. Local franchise and Corporate Offices are unresponsive and don’t care about customer service.
