RIP OFF BEWARE!!! Horrible experience with this company. I worked with Jon Little and its been a very unprofessional operation. The agent and his supervisors are absolutely unhelpful. They let my insurance policy lapse twice by not insuring auto draft for payment was in place. Jon insured me that the policy would auto renew through Liberty Mutual and it did not. Then the price I was quoted for my policy increased nearly double at the end of the year “audit” for no reason whatsoever. I would not use this company to insure my dog house!
