Sams Beach Bar on Hudson Beach is where fun dining meets the Gulf Of Mexico! Watch a beautiful sunset while feasting on a perfectly prepared dinner at a price no other restaurant can match and a quality no other restaurant can come close to!

We offer live music, awesome food and a great, friendly atmosphere. Our menu consists of a large variety of appetizer choices, wings, soups, salad, po boys, fresh fish, burgers, lots of “baskets” and our famous fried green tomato sandwich. You’ve got to come try our food! You’ll love this place!

We now have an ATM on the premises and Wi-Fi service is available. We are pet friendly and leashed dogs are welcome on the deck.

We’ve been loyal customers of Sam’s Beach Bar for years, and it’s always been our go‑to spot when we have family visiting. After today, that ends.

Despite the restaurant being only moderately busy, the service was unbelievably slow. Our drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive, and only then were we told they didn’t actually have the champagne needed for the Mimosa they said they could make. Another 20 minutes for a replacement drink.

The appetizers were even worse. We waited well over an hour for the first one, and the rest came out one at a time over the next 30 minutes. Nothing arrived together. The entire experience felt disorganized and careless.

Our server, Trish, was the only person who seemed to care. She was kind, attentive, and clearly understood how unacceptable the situation was. She brought over the manager, Don — and that’s where things completely fell apart. He offered nothing to make the situation right. No apology that felt genuine, no solution, no attempt to fix the experience. Just indifference.

After years of choosing Sam’s Beach Bar as a favorite spot, today was the final straw. You’ve lost our business, and we won’t beck.
