Grab your favorite daubers, bingo shirts and lucky trinkets… meet us at the Lions Club located in Lake Alfred, Florida twice a week for your chance at winning the big bucks!

At All About the Sunshine State, we take bingo serious. We want to make sure you have a great time therefore, we try to answer all your questions before you go. How much does it cost to play bingo, is tipping allowed, does the bingo hall have computers, how many ways is there to a regular bingo, is it cold inside and what about smoking sections? We have all these answers and more.

When does the Lake Alfred Lions Club have bingo:
Saturday nights at 5:45 p.m. & Monday nights at 6:30 p.m.

Doors open at 4 pm.
Games start around 5:45pm
Come early to pick your favorite seat.
We are open to the public
Must be 18 years old or older to play
We are a paper only hall – meaning no computers
We have pull tabs : )

Eight ways to Bingo – Horizontal line, Vertical Line, Diagonal Line, Corner Stamp, 4 Corners, Inside 4, Small Diamond and Large Diamond
The callers do not call the balls too fast – you have plenty of time to daub your numbers
Awesome concession stand available with hot and cold foods – cash only ( Burgers, Salads, Best French fries around )
Amazing volunteers with friendly, sweet, outgoing personalities
Tips are not allowed HOWEVER, you can donate to the club if you’d like. All donations accepted support Lake Alfred Lions Club Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public chartable organization
There are around 150 available seats
The entire building is non-smoking but smoking is allowed outside and in the screened in porch

If we ever have to cancel bingo due to the weather or for whatever reason, it will be posted on our Facebook page. Please double check to ensure that you don’t make a wasted trip.

At the Lake Alfred Lions Club we LOVE BINGO. We love it so much that three times a year we hold an all day marathon with over 70 games played! Marathon Bingo is played at the Lake Alfred Lions Club social hall. The doors open at 8am and the games begin at approximately 10 am. The cost is $45 to play and includes a really nice lunch. Additional sheets, early birds, specials and pull tabs are available to purchase. It typically gets over around 4 pm. Must be 18 or older to play. Sign up early to save your spot. Payout is over $4,000!

Saturday, February 14, 2025 – Doors Open at 7am – Enjoy a free lunch that comes with your package.

Eyeglass Recycling

The Lake Alfred Lions Club has been serving the Polk County communities for over 78 years. Our members include citizens within the Lake Alfred and surrounding communities. Together, we help provide vision care for children and adults whom are unable to afford it. Donations of your used eyeglasses are gladly accepted and greatly appreciated. On the 3rd Sunday of each month a group of Lions can be found at the Lions Club in Lake Alfred sorting used eye glasses. These glasses are brought in from all over Polk County and other areas of the sunshine state. The glasses are sorted, washed, read, processed and boxed to be sent to the warehouse in Ocoee for Project Right To Sight. Lions from other clubs and interested volunteers are welcome to come sort.
