Our Lake Wales dentist office is located at the Shoppes on the Ridge in the Publix shopping plaza. And our physical address is 23871 N. US Highway 27. Our second Dental office is in Orlando. And is located near the Orlando Airport at 6125 S. Semoran Blvd. in Orlando, Florida.
