Our helpful and easy going staff is ready to make your stay fun and relaxing, We welcome long term, short-term and seasonal guests. Located just outside Gainsville, we offer shaded sites, a stocked pond, laundry facilities, bath house, community fire pit, community room, screen room, and a large pavilion.

The Classic Cafe is on property in front of the park. We are currently working towards bringing in more fun activities!!! Our staff takes a lot of pride in the hard work that’s been put into making this park beautiful, clean, safe, and peaceful. We value our guests and do everything possible to make each and everyone feel at home and apart of the Dixieland family. If you ever find yourself in Waldo stop by!!! We’d love to have you stay and the Waldo Flea Market is just across the street.
