The phone numbers for CSH Construction FL – 813-373-0755 and 727-220-8945 are both disconnected. The website on his so called business cards www.cshconstructionfl.com is not a working website and his address on his sales receipts are to a house located at 5801 5th Ave South in St Pete. However, according to Zillow, was last sold in September of 2017. According to RapSheets.org his Current Verified PERMANENT Address is in Tampa, FL 33647. As well as a second home at: 601 Fagan Dr. Fredericksburg VA 22405. He has been arrested for Grand Theft and other criminal activities and looks like he’s on probation until 2028! Chris Holmes has scammed innocent people for many years including charges in Virginia, Florida and elsewhere.

Times have changed and unfortunately, Christopher Scott Holmes is not the only conman out there. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE – Do background checks on companies you wish to do business with! Do NOT hire a contractor who dresses sharp, tells you everything you want to hear and then take their word for it. It’s imperative that you do background checks on everyone! Do your research and find out everything you can about a company before even making the first appointment with them, never let a door to door salesman into your home without doing research on the company first and never write a personal check! I can’t stress this enough – Use a Credit Card for payment. By using a credit card for payment you can dispute it and sometimes get your money back.

Chris Holmes himself has taken down payments for jobs within the last few months from local residents within the St Pete and Pinellas County area, cashed the very large checks and is now nowhere to be found. According to his sales receipts, his company is called Smart Property Services INC DBA CSH Construction. He specializes in Windows, Doors, Siding, Soffit, Fascia and Remodeling projects. He is a State Certified General Contractor with license number – However i’m having a hard time believing that he’s even licensed! A few people have also posted about being ripped off by this man on Porch.com.

If you have dealt with Chris Holmes and CSH Construction or any other so called business name he may have and have been ripped off, we encourage you to step forward and leave a comment below as well as contacting the police. He needs to be arrested! Remember: Chris Holmes is a huge crook and scam artist! We were also victims. His case keep getting delays because he claims “he does not want to go to jail” – yet he was there before, many times for the same crimes. Also he claims he will pay back victims their money lost – but no one has seen a cent and the only way he knows how to get money is by scamming new victims. This case has been going on since 2017 and he still has not been officially charged because of court delays. He is a career criminal and scam artist. His family posts pictures calling themselves “the hustle gang” – hence the entire “clan” is part of the his scamming. He then goes to the Hard Rock Casino and “washes” the money so he can launder it – just like the slick criminal he is. I am not sure why the FBI and IRS are not investigating this individual and his connections – this is a much larger scam then local courts realize. Everyday Chris is not in jail he is victimizing other people. He has victimized the elderly, pastors, families with special needs children, the ill, and the poor. He also lies and tells people he is a combat veteran so – again a liar and heartless thief who makes fools of the courts, the law, and all others who allow him to be a free predator.

I am also a victim for several thousands. I requested a report in Truthfinder.com and he has a list of charges and crimes. He apparently lives in New Tampa. Stay away from this guy. Reporter Michael Pulaski from Channel 7 News is gathering information about this individual and his crimes.

Im a victim. Luckier than some, i suppose. He did some of the work to my home, before abandoning the project and taking off. He left quite the mess behind. After 6 months out of my home, what chris holmes has put us through is the culmination of a nightmare.

Not only did Chris Scott Holmes steal almost $ 33000 dollars from us I also blame Russell Strack who introduce all nine customers that that I know got scammed to Chris Holmes, and also Robert Craig the owner of the license that Chris used on his contracts . Before I hired chris and gave him $27000 down to order my windows . I went on line to see if it was a legal license it was under smart property’s I believe there was a number I called it Robert answered I asked if Chris Holmes worked for him and was the license valid . Yes he’ seed ask me what I would be contracting him to do told him didn’t say much ok thank you and we ended the call this was in May 17 2017 had to get financing for $49,777. On June 21 2016 we signed the contract with Russell Strack and Chris Holmes and gave a check for a down payment for $24,889 Chris wanted that much down so he could pay for the windows and doors to be made because the took about three for company to produce them . Shook hands seed they would start with in the next week . We we’re having four different project being done by csh cunstruction /Chris Scott Holmes Florida room rebuilt as a solid room up to code ,ceiling refinished ,crown molding throughout the home , and all the windows and doors changed out for hurricane proof Dade county inspected . To cut it short I’m going to go threw the eight months of hell quick. Started the fl room end of June beginning of July . About two weeks into project Chris showed up second time since project started saying he needed more money I seed what he told me that the fl room to be finished and get materials for ceiling and crown molding . Chris I told him we weren’t saposed to pay him any more till the job was done that I would have to talk to my partner he would give him a call that night . My partner called gave him some sob story an rights me a check out for the$12,445 he needed to finishe the work .they almost completed th fl . During the finishing of the fl. Room another guy by the name Jeremy came to start ceiling and crown molding . Two to three months of correction after corrections . Talking to Chris on the phone texting and sending pictures and vidio how incompetent Jeramy was Chris kept saying just let him finish . I told that we wanted him out all was left was the molding in the bathroom . Again Chris tells us just let him finish ok went to check the bathroom while he was starting to paint the crown molding in the bedroom . Found a crunchy spot on the carpet called chris he comes ask Jeremy about he told all of us that he made a boo boo and the paint can tipped over he seed he thought he wiped it up good . That was it he ruined the bathroom paint the crown molding looked like a kid had put it up paint splatters all over my new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Told Chris get him out of here know never want to see him again he used all my materials in the garage al my door matts paint all over them. After all that Chris promised us that after the windows are put in he will have the guys that built the fl come out and see what they can do to fix the ceilings and crown molding that was at the end of August. Are windows were saposed to be put in early September phone call from chris there was a problem his secretary set papers over the order form so they never got ordered so there will be a delay .till October .another excuse November another excuse December another that was 2017! Jan excuse feb they were on there way another excuse end of February begening of March . February 28 ,2018 Chris calls to tell me they will start with the windows March 6, 2018 that it will be around 10:00 because Aaron has to go to Home Depot to get caulking so excited the windows and doors are finally going to be installed I called my partner so excited . So it Monday the 5th I’m getting off work excited that the windows are really coming tomorrow the 6th I pull up in my driveway and park look at my phone missed call from Aaron the subcontractor that built my fl room asking who was the salesman that sold me the windows I told Russell Strack as for his number I gave it to I ask why what’s going on? Aaron sed to me I tried to call Chris because he owes me a lot of money and his phone is disconnect web sight is doesn’t exsist the office in st Pete the answering message sed there had ben a bad accident hit are building now all the lines are messed up sorry thanks for you patience or something like that he has skips town , I was dumbfounded . One and a half days go by I posted something on my web sight about Chris and his company business card .the next day I get a call from a friend she sed that her sister that lives in Pasco county also was scammed my the same guys , Russell Strack, and Chris Holmes from CSH contractors couldn’t believe it ! It got me thinking I then called Aaron and asked him for the names of all the last jobs that Chris had contracted with I got about five customers and there phone numbers . Then I called Russell asked him the same thing got about six from him. Then I made a list with all the names then called each one introduced my self and then sed do you know a Russell Strack and or a Chris Holmes you would no believe the responses I got from each one of them . I asked them politely how much Money that Chris had taken and how much work was done it was crazy . I told them to go make a report at the sherif office and go to the pinellas county construction licensing board and fill out papers and send them in there. I’ve ben keeping in touch with them we were all going to do a news interview but I was told by the police investigator at this time it wouldn’t be a good idea . He is wanted in three states . This man is an absolute scumbag. DO NOT let him on your property. He is not a licensed contractor but steals other contractors information and uses it as his own. He is a skilled liar and a thief. If you see him, call the police immediately. They are looking for him. He needs to be in prison for a very long time. He and his wife are on probation for similar scams from the state of Virginia.
