Founder Jim McCoin started Cowboys after enjoying a long run of wins in competitive National BBQ competitions, with wins in numerous prestigious competitions. Notably, Jim McCoin won the “Best of the Best” and was the World Champion at one time in the Whole Hog category! So Jim took that knowledge, got together with some friends, and made some great food, just for you!
