Cacklebery Campground

The Cacklebery Campground is located on county Road 415 in New Smyrna close to Daytona. We aim to provide all our customers with the very best service. We have improved all our facilities and provide both RV and Primitive Sites. You can also choose whether you want Water and Electric Hookups or Dry sites. We have full service 50 amp and 30 amp sites. Most of our sites are pull through and we now have premium lake sites which come with more space. The campground is well lit, secure with clean warm showers. Vendor space is also available on request.

We have an onsite tavern and provide a FREE! Special Event BBQ for Campers, RVers and Vendors.

Great place to set up camp. Especially for bike week.

Before booking we asked if FULL HOOKUPS were provided. Was told yes. We paid our deposit via credit card and was told balance due was expected upon check-in. Upon arrival at the gate the balance due was CASH ONLY. No credit cards accepted. The rate is $122 per night. Thank God I had cash on hand. We requested a pull thru site. Was told no problem. Upon arrival, We were placed in an open field and told to pull all the way up to the street where our tires were actually on the edge of the street. There was electric and water. You could have your tank pumped for an additional $40 – no sewer hookup. We were so close to the street, when I stepped out of my camper a staff member on a golf cart almost ran over me. He was literally 2 feet from my bottom step and under my awning ! The roads are made of dirt and the dust problem is severe. The send a water tank truck to wet the roads. My truck, camper and Harley got sprayed with water. The roads become muddy. Heavy metal music is all they play until 2am every night. No sleeping here. If you doubt what I am saying, go check it out. You will be texting me saying “you were right!”
