Terrible company. We’ve had them for 6 weeks and they haven’t done their job. We went from no chlorine one week and after complaining the following week there was so much chlorine you couldn’t swim in it. We had a camera installed a couple weeks ago, last week the technician came in took a picture of the pool, dumped a bottle of liquid into the pool (without testing) and pretended to brush one side of the pool and then left. Today a different technician came in took a picture of the pool and immediately left, he did absolutely NOTHING!!!! The report he sent said he vacuumed, tested chemicals, etc. which is a blatant lie because the video I have of him shows that he didn’t do anything!!!
