About Me

Namaste, I’m Mariah! I’ve been an avid health fanatic since birth. I live and breathe health and wellness. And share my passion with others looking to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into their world. I’m a certified personal trainer with ACE and RYT 200 certified with Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and believe wholeheartedly in its healing potential. As well as offering you a wellness program to anyone wanting to improve their health. Personal growth starts from within your mind, body, and soul. So begin your journey with me!

Yoga Classes in Bartow

I offer yoga classes at Ron’s Personal Fitness in Bartow, Florida three days a week. Ron’s Personal Fitness is located at 590 E. Summerlin Ave. Our yoga classes are open to all levels. And is only $10 Per Person

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Tuesdays & Fridays: 5:30pm-6:30pm

My yoga classes in Polk county provides an opportunity for growth and awareness. Every yoga class includes breathing, movement, stretching, exercise and relaxation. These classes will focus on the basic movements of yoga and will slowly progress into a more active practice.

For private sessions:
Single Class — $50.00 per person
8 Class Package — $360.00
12 Class Package — $480.00

Meditation

Meditation is all about connecting with your inner self. Through practice, you will learn to calm the mind and to transform your thoughts into a manifestation of the life you want to live.

If you are new to meditation, these group sessions will be a great introduction, and if you already practice meditation, they will be a great addition.

Sessions are offered in private settings in the comfort of your own home.
Each meditation is 1 hour.

Groups of 2-4 — $30
Groups of 5-7 — $50
Groups of 8+ — $100

Personal Trainer

Looking to lose weight, tone up, or just get healthier? Your time to start is now. I am a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years and love to help people reach their potential.

Individual Sessions (1 Hour):
Single Session — $50.00
8 Session Package (2x a Week) — $320.00
12 Session Package (3x a Week) — $420.00

Individual Sessions (30 Minutes):
Single Session — $25.00
*All 30 minute sessions are charged the same rate regardless of how many are scheduled monthly.
