We moved to Walden Shores in July 2020.
We are so very comfortable here with super neighbors. There is so much kindness and positivity with the people here. Immaculately maintained, quiet, and safe, with absolutely stunning water views! Come and see it for yourself…and then join us for the sunshine, friendships and fun!

We closed mid-August on a home from Jacobson –did not get what we ordered or paid for; issues still not resolved. We paid full price for damaged items. What we did get is lies and the run-around. The manager ‘Nancy’ has conflicts with the contractors-thus they delay completing home repairs. Not until I called the contractors myself -did repairs get completed. The contractors informed me they were never notified there were repairs. If you insist on buying here make sure you line up your own contractors and have 100% contact with home builder during time home is built—trust no one…. if that’s not possible, run don’t walk away from here. There are many other Parks-I suggest you go there. Prospectus not followed..home was to be completed in 90 days-that did not occur.

2/14/2020 My significant other called me and asked to assist him home as he became violently ill at the pier fishing. This was very unusual as he is very healthy..So I was very alarmed. I hurriedly drove to the peer- jumped out of my car…rapidly walking to the peer..where I notice the Friday night fire pit event and ‘Nancy’ the manager with her clique yells out ‘Hi Jackie’, I mumbled a ‘Hi’ as I had a lot on my mind. At that point -a resident made an inappropriate comment and Nancy ‘cackled ‘in her usual way. I guess they didn’t think I heard them. Then as I was physically assisting my significant other down the pier and into the golf cart, she had the nerve to come over as if she was concerned and asked if she could help. There is nothing lower than one who laughs at another who is trying to assist one in need. This incident speaks volumes.

Don’t buy here….You get nothing but lies and the runaround. You will not get what you paid for…..7 months after new home bought from Jacobson and issues still remain—owner refusing to accept responsibility. There are many other parks…I suggest you go there….If you insist on buying here make sure you line up your own contractors..and have 100% contact with home builder during time home is built—trust no one…. if that’s not possible run dont walk away from here….Expect to pay full price for damaged merchandise. Prospectus not followed…….Time to seek legal advice…..

Office hours–8-5p—I dont think so…. the office is closed more than it’s open…….It was closed for 3 weeks because Nancy had jury duty in Tampa……it was closed at 1:30 pm today…

My husband and I have truly enjoyed living in Walden Shores. The park is lovely, we have met many new friends whom we share good talks with share our stories with. We look forward to coming to our home away from home every winter.
