BUYER BEWARE. I will make this as short as possible even though the list is long. Bought a 20×28 metal building from them in July 2017. was told it will take no more than 3 months max by John Loveless the sales rep. (Before I continue once you make a deposit forget about contacting him if you have any issues. He will ignore you or tell you call Brittany). Continuing… 1. Permits took 3-4 months and part of it was there fault because permits weren’t submitted until 2-3 months after paying deposit. 2. Had to pay additional fees which they should atleast warn you of in the beginning. 3. First concrete guy had issues with them and walked off the job. 4. Second concrete guy formed and poured the wrong size slab. Both shed4less and concrete guy threw the blame on each other even AFTER I warned them that the form was not correct before they poured the concrete and they assured me it would be corrected. 5. Building now leaks when it rain and I was told someone would be out to fix it. It’s now Dec 2018 and still not fixed. 6. Total ordeal took 11 months from signed contract to permit inspection completed. I will be taking them to small claims for all the issues I’m currently having still. Even in the midst of all this I’ve requested for the owner to call me and still not 1 phone call or apology.
