I have been a customer for years and waiting for service was always a couple weeks before they could get to my job but it was excellent once they arrived. However with Milton, I called and texted them during the storm; their cell and phone service was out for about a week. When they returned my calls, I got an appointment within a few days. The day before I was informed they had to close because a worker exposed the office to Covid. When they returned to the office I was rescheduled for today. I tried calling the office for a timeframe but the office phone was not working and neither was the website so I called the cell phone and left a message; a couple hours later, I called again and left a messages. This time someone returned my call and informed me my appointment was not until January 8.
I am not sure what is going on with this company with the phones not working and the website down but when I complained, I was told they were very busy and had many repeat customers and I could find someone else if I could not wait for more than another month.

Mr Perry is a stand up guy with tons of experience in the screening industry. He came out to my home when he was supposed to. Gave me a fair quote on the job I needed done and then did exactly what he told us he was going to do. He worked late and was precise on every step of the way. He did a great job on our pool cage.
