Preston and Kayla have seen my son over the past year due to a sudden hearing loss. He went from wearing basic hearing aids that were purchased from a pediatric audiologist to wearing Signia top of the line hearing aids and he cannot go without them now! He absolutely loves wearing them and loves that he can hear normal again! They also explained things in detail in order to better understand his condition and they WANT to help. I have had the pleasure of calling Preston Craft my unconditional best friend since the late 60’s. Through thick and thin he has always been there to share the experiences of life. Through my years of being an Air Controller, General Contractor and huge Rock Concert junkie I have beat my eardrums to the point where I once again had turned to my best friend for his aid.

Preston has now fitted and fine tuned my now second set of High Tech, Bluetooth and nearly concealed Hearing Aids. Through this trusted professional relationship I now hear sounds and communications not experienced for years. This is exceptionally important when trying to negotiate contracts, enjoy my family or even simple pleasures equal to getting the grocery list right from the boss.

In addition to my personal satisfactions and fulfillment, Preston and Cayla Craft additionally provide this same quality care to several of my family members and friends with great success.
