Mike (Garage door company hired by landlord) stop by for 2 minutes. This was after he told me 3 hours ago he could not make it. Then after I call landlord to discuss the issue, somehow it arrives 10 minutes later? I was still there when he showed up.

He barely let me get a word in, had a big attitude, said the track is dry and that is “the reason for the issues:. Barely looked at the door. I tried to explain what happened with my operator along with what the guy that came who is also a garage door company and has done work for Reich before (Alby’s Garage Doors) told me and he said ( he doesn’t know what he is talking about). I mentioned then do I need an independent 3rd party to give us an opinion which he stormed off all angry and was extremely unprofessional. I then followed up with a text and call to ask him again does the curtain need to be replaced at $2K to which he refuses to answer.

We live here in Dr. Philips and Mike was recommended. Mike’s Garage provided a great install on our new unit. Works great!! Chris was the gentleman that did the install, a great guy! Would recommend them for a quick repair or install at a very reasonable in price. Everything works well including the phone app.
A strong recommend to anyone needing service.
