Lange Farm

Tucked away less than 30 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tampa, lies over 80 acres of Mother Natures truest beauty. The Lange Farm… An exquisite atmosphere befitting any special occasion and event. The manicured acres stretch out before you and embrace the country charm of the Antique Barn which offers a gentrified rustic setting amidst timeless antiques and fresh air. Wander the rising hills as night falls and be swept away by the elegant atmosphere provided by the Garden House with its Plantation style architecture and charming wrap around porch.

We invite you to come meet with us for a personal tour and experience the rustic charm and  elegant surroundings; allow us to provide you with the ultimate wedding experience! The Lange Farm is the choice for special event planning. Our venue rates range from $2000-$4000 and ceremony sites are $500. We’ll be glad to assist you as you seek your service providers and plan a special day that is affordable and memorable!

Where it all began…Twenty-five years ago, Tom and Sue Lange purchased 80 acres in Dade City hoping to one day build their future home. With the first year set aside for clearing land, friends advised they take a chance and live on property to see if farm life was what they wanted.

Over the next few years Tom and Sue constructed the first barn in anticipation of the arrival of their first foal. Realizing new potential for the farm, they moved elsewhere and began to hire staff to help coordinate day to day business which led to building our current horse barn, hosting annual rodeos and in 1996 the beginning of corporate functions on the farm.

With continued interest in the farm for weddings, the Garden House was built in 2002 following Tom’s retirement.

Over the past 10 years, Tom and Sue have managed the farm with over 100 weddings being held annually. The Lange Farm now boasts 2 wonderful reception locations with endless outdoor ceremony sites under shady oak trees.

Today the farm operates with 3 full time coordinators who work continuously on booking new clients and forming relationships with current brides to help create the wedding they have always dreamed of.

We were married at Lange farms several years ago. Even though it was a scenic spot, the representative we dealt with did not follow through on many of her contractual promises. There were several things that did not occur:
The main fountain was not turned on as promised.
The wedding host or Lange farm representative was not present as promised so I had to organize my own events as they were unfolding on my wedding day.
    The florist who was highly
recommended by Lange farms did not provide the flowers as promised. I had a “thrown together” bouquet and the mother of the bride had NO flowers even though they were planned and promised.
I would not recommend this site unless you want to take a gamble on the promises made by the Lange farm staff.

I just had a couple friends experience with their newly born goat remind me of my first job . It was working for Tom and Sue Lange . I don’t know if they would remember me but I can tell you they are some of the best people you’ll ever meet . I learned so much from them and the employees that worked their . Truly God’s people. So much compassion as they were rescuers of many animals. Giving these rescues lives where they thrived. Boarding and caring for horses , lessons to ride, beautiful weddings like none other it was like a dream job and I was getting paid for it . I just thought I’d share this with who ever reads this. You won’t regret your decision to go with Lange Farm for your events . They go above and beyond . I believe they put their heart in every thing that’s done for others not cutting any corners.Their location was off Handcart rd. In Zephyrhills at that time . Over 25 years ago . I’m in my 50s now so I’m sure they re at least in their seventies I just wanted to say thank you for the experience and
compassion, the team work and growth that came from my time of employment on your farm . It was a great place to have work as it was my first job . Thanks again 🙏❤️😁
