Wasted our time. He was highly recommended & came out & gave us a quote. We accepted his quote & were advised he had some jobs going & will let us know when he can start with new barn roof. We reached out constantly to him. He finally advises after first of the year. Then it turned into next week, two more weeks, this week, etc. We always had to email, Call or text him.
It is June 2018 and the last time we spoke with him was March 2018 and he promised to be out that week.
Very disappointing from someone who had a reputable reputation. We need a new roof from hurricane damage. Definitely not the service I thought I would get from Jason Grimes.

Grimes came out in November 2017 to give a quote for a new roof on our barn due to half being destroyed from hurricane.
We informed him we wanted to hire him. We constantly had to attempt to contact him about when to start. He told us he would also replace the telephone pole if we found one. We did, we picked it up. He promised after the first of the year. That turned into next week, two more weeks, this week, etc. The only communication we received was IF we contacted him. He was highly recommended and those referrals will not be recommended him anymore.
It is June 2018 and we have not had any communication from him. We appreciate the wasted time. I have never been treated so poorly before from a reputable company. The last time I spoke to him he promised to be out that week or he would call.
We have never heard from him.
