Beer Hall & German Restaurant in Sanford, Florida

Our beer hall is one of the most popular nightlife spots in Sanford. Visitors travel from all over Seminole County and beyond to share drinks with friends at Hollerbach’s. Our Getränkekarte ( beverage list ) consists of everything from draft beers, bottled beer, wine, Schnapps, Haus Specialty Drinks and the famous ” Das Boot”. We also offer live entertainment with traditional sing-alongs, Schunkeling, and Polka dancing.

Linda & Theo Hollerbach, the owners Hollerbach’s had the ambition of opening a German restaurant since 1981. Their dreams finally came true when they opened the Willow Tree Cafe in 2001. The staff of seven employees has grown, with the expansion of adding two more businesses and is now employing over 90 residents within the Sanford community. We are proud to offer some of the best German cuisine in the sunshine state. Linda, Theo & Christina Hollerbach, as well as our dedicated staff invite you to come participate in the Hollerbach experience.
