Our Amenities include indoor and outdoor activities such as: Fishing piers, fishing cleaning station, dual boat launch, marina boat slips, heated swimming pool, pet walks with exercise area, shuffleboard, horseshoe put, recreational hall, laundry facility and year around planned community activities.

The Harbor Waterfront Resort also offers reasonably priced boat slips for boaters and fisherman, with an easy access dual boat ramp.

I was looking for a relaxing weekend getaway for my mom and I and I found it! This quaint community welcomed us with open arms. While we did not get to use the pool it looked inviting. The water and benches all around to enjoy the view was so peaceful. The small cabin was not fancy ( but very clean!!) and could use some updating but what it lacked was made up by the comfy beds, TV with options, and the wonderful manager Wendy! She went above and beyond and did it with a smile! Thank you for a wonderful weekend. I will be back.

As a new resident of The Harbor I am glad we found this tranquil, friendly resort. Nestled on beautiful Lake Rosalie one could not ask for a better atmosphere. From the friendly staff and delightful residents there is probably no better place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. When you can come visit us you won’t regret it!

The Harbor is wonderful. Last winter was mine and my husband’s first year as “snowbirds”. We love the Harbor. It is a 55+ community with great amenities: boat slips, a park, recreation hall, heated pool, shuffleboard court, basketball court, dog park and lots more. There is fishing, boating, dances, bingo, dinners, potlucks, exercise classes, bicycling, card playing, karaoke, daytrips etc .etc. There is plenty to do. You can do as much or as little as you choose to do.
The Harbor is run by the office manager Wendy who resides on the property.. Wendy is a hard worker that runs a tight ship. The park common.
areas are well maintained and the grounds beautifully landscaped. Wendy has a wonderful, hard working, efficient and friendly staff. We are so pleased with our winter getaway. We are looking forward to this upcoming winter season.
