  Hi Laura— my email to supply you with the referrals is time stamped 1/25/17 at 7:48pm which I did acknowledge as tardy since I normally communicate the day of the estimate. Your original inquiry via the Home Advisor website was dated the morning of 1/24/17. I don’t want the public to get the wrong impression of our company, so please understand that I’m not being combative–I apologize if my response time was not acceptable to you…but many others have complimented us on responding within a day or two. Just want the record to be set straight since a review accusing us of “not keeping our word” can damage our reputation.

Mark came to give me a quote on my shower. I was very impressed with him because he was very honest with me and said he was not sure repairing the grout would correct my leaking problem. I was greatly impressed by his honesty. He said another person had a similar problem and had to have shower rebuilt. I was told they would email a referral for someone who could help me. They never followed up on that. I intended to have them do my tile floors but won’t be hiring someone who doesn’t keep their word.
