Since everclear was taken over by patriot the service has been a horrible hassle. Beware! They stink!

This company is now known as patriot pools. They stink!! Since they’ve taken over everclear it has been a huge hassle. Now they have taken me off their rout due to one of the techs lying threw his teeth. They get very upset at the idea of actually CLEANING the pool and only want to stop in for a few minutes and collect the money.

I have had Everclear for over 5 years. They have changed hands and are now Patriot. I pay $170 per month for full service care. I currently have a GREEN pool! When I called to ask when my pool was last serviced they stated 8/11/23. 2 1/2 weeks ago. Everyone in our house works. They said sorry we are having trouble getting tech’s (employees) to work in that area. We will get someone there as soon as we can. I live in Citrus Hill Fl. They took my payment for this month and not even a word, letter or phone call that my pool wasn’t being taken care of. In 1 more day it will be 3 weeks without service. My pool filter is so dirty that my pool crawler doesn’t move. My husband called 5 hours after I spoke with them and said at minimum drop off chemicals and pool shock so we didn’t have to go buy it. The reply was we will. Nope my pool is still green! What would you do? How would you handle it? This review site will only let me give them 5 stars.

We are very dissatisfied with the service in the last 10 months. Now the company has changed hands . They are here for 5 or 10 minutes and mint clean the filters . About a year or so ago there was a great guy who was always the one to come and did an awesome job. I can’t remember his name but he went out in his own. If anyone knows who it might be please let it be known

Have a 20 k salt pool built in 2014. Have the Hayward system. Having problems with adjusting system??

You will be so happy with EVERCLEAR POOL SERVICE. They are punctual and do a fabulous job! I RECCOMMEND THEM 100 percent! My pool has never looked better. I WOULDN’t use any other service.I’m very satisfied.
