Extremely challenging to work with. Candice , she is very regimented, lacks flexibility, lacks genuine care and concern. Poor business practices of only being open Monday-Friday. People die every day of the week. No contact by the casket store personnel when our mother passed away on a Friday night. Hate the name is very morbid. Candice would not allow more than 30 pictures for slide show for a woman 92 years old. Candice changed day and time for pictures to be turned in to her to make the slide show. Candice comes across as very calloused, not warm or fuzzy to grieving family. Come across as just a job always in a hurry. Will not recommend this business. Going to ask for my father’s money back to go get a pre paid plan somewhere else, not to have to deal with her when our father passes.
