Unreliable service. Constant change in employees and purges client list without informing customers. Husband allowed under age daughter to swim in my pool without my knowledge. I now clean my own pool and was shocked to see how dirty my filter . What a nightmare . She opened my eyes to how incompetent and unreliable they are. Now I would never let anyone else clean my pool. Very unprofessional Carol just stopped showing up. No call or letter saying she was not going to clean my pool anymore. I have paid for services and have not received a refund not a very good business.

Unprofessional owner, has no clue how to treat or talk to employees. Business location is a trashy ness of garbage and no designated storage locations for easy employee access. Hires people for a few days then fires them through text through the trainer as she’s too chicken shit to do it herself. Probably dies thst to avoid any payroll & tax expenses. Avoid this Hills Have Eyes business.
