Predatory towing tactics and dishonest people here. Owner hides behind multiple business and it’s always everyone else’s fault. Our HOA fired this company due to their dishonest terrible business. Beware and don’t believe the fake google reviews they do here ! Call the cops 👮 when you see these boys !

Wasted my entire day waiting for a tow scheduled the day before, for 9 am, through roadside assistance. At noon, i finally had them find another company. Total waste of time dont take work you have no intention of completing in the time frame. I will never use or refer them, and will work diligently to see their downfall at this point. Thanks for nothin black sheep towing!

Black Sheep Towing Lakeland Florida is a ripoff, they do practice predatory towing. My vehicle was towed less than two miles from site. I called them and no one showed up to release the vehicle more than an hour after, the car was in the lot no more than 35 minutes from the time the call was placed . and i had to pay $707 to get the vehicle out. No credit card was allowed for payment , they only took cash app/ zelle, which I believe is against the law since May 2024, they did not even ask for proof of vehicle ownership and there is a scratch and grease all over the vehicle. Highly do not recommend and this is lakeland Florida

Do yourself a favor and NEVER hire these guys for any towing/roadside assistance needs. The tow truck driver claimed he came to the location where I needed the service but couldn’t find me even after I tried describing where I was as best as I could and even offered to send my location. I even sent his boss my exact location and HE also wasted my time by stalling and acting like his guy was still coming when he wasn’t.

I will NEVER use Black Sheep Towing for roadside assistance. Their dispatcher gave me an ETA of 30-40 minutes for a jumpstart. 2 hrs later, no Black Sheep Towing. I called the dispatcher 6 times to get an ETA. I was told, “The driver is on his way,” “The driver is down the road,” “The driver is on Galloway Road.” Newsflash, genius! It doesn’t take 2 hrs to finish a job and get to my location. Apparently, the dispatcher doesn’t know the difference between the truth and a lie and he is just as unprofessional, incompetent, and inconsiderate as the drivers. Who hired you people? How is this place still operating? After waiting in 35 degree weather for 2 hrs, I finally called my insurance company and requested to cancel Black Sheep Towing and asked them to send a different company. All I wanted was a jumpstart because my car battery died! But they were too lazy to come. I am going to tell my family and friends to avoid this company as they are not reputable and they are completely unreliable. If I could give them -5 stars, I would. To the owner: I shouldn’t have to call your dispatcher 6 times for an ETA. That’s problematic! Your dispatcher and driver should have initiated contact with me, the customer, to provide updates. Mark my words! Your company won’t survive if you continue to operate like this.

This company is awesome!!!!! I loved my tow truck driver since he was kind and courteous. He promised that he would get me out of the mud and he did! Thank you Black Sheep!!!!! Happy customer off Hwy 60 in Plant City Fl!

  Towing and they sent Robert out and he was quick and awesome.. I have previously worked for this company and all the employees there are great. They all take they’re work very serious and to detail.. I would recommend them to anyone.. R. Stepp and his management team are doing awesome things
