We provide you with a way to have privacy and a “home away from home” setting to enjoy your stay here even more.

While you’re here you can take advantage of the great golf, fishing, hiking, and of course out world famous manatee tours. Take a minute and check out both of our houses. One is surely right for you and your family.

Our cozy rental house near the head spring of the Homosassa River has all you could want. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath on a canal about 100 yards from a beautifully clear spring, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The spring is the headwater of the Homosassa River, located right outside the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, and is the location of some wintertime manatee snorkeling tours, so you will sometimes even have manatee right in your backyard. The house has 2 two person kayaks to get you there quickly and help you explore the rest of the river.

There’s nothing you need to bring. Linens and cooking utensils are there waiting for you. There is a gas grill for BBQ and a small outdoor chiminea for an evening marshmallow roast. Cable TV, DVD player, and microwave are there for your enjoyment. This house has two docks where you could keep a small boat and is very near almost any amenity you could ask for. Great restaurants, world class golf courses, horseback riding, manatee snorkeling tours, scalloping, freshwater and saltwater fishing, boat rentals, it’s all there!

Our Hall’s River house is one of 4 houses on a quiet road. The back porch sits right on the edge of the canal running into the Hall’s River. There’s no one across from you so you have a view of water and woods, not houses.

You’ll be conveniently located near world class golf courses, restaurants, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, and, of course, Crystal River manatee tours. The house is ready for you with linens, cooking utensils, gas BBQ, cable TV, high speed internet, and 2 two person kayaks to explore the bird sanctuary you’ll be right next to.
