I simply couldn’t get over a toxic relationship, someone that lied to me saying he loved me, and cheating behind my back. After I broke up with him, my mind was still filled with all there was between us, all there could of been and all I wish there was. I just couldn’t get him out of my mind. It was interfering with my job, my sleep, even my eating…As a last resort I thought I would try hypnosis. But I have to admit I was kind of sceptical. After the first session I felt calm and relaxed, not even thinking about him anymore. And the first thing that came out of my mouth after the session was “I am hungry”! First time in a long time. My mind is now finaly clear and relieved of him!! Now I am a very happy, single woman and I enjoy every minute of it. It’s amazing!! Jackie is my forever angel!

Jackie is honest and well worth the money. She never rushes you and affordable session can last as long as w hours. She sticks with you as long as you need her. She is very comforting. I was so nervous to even go to to her office but after 6 minutes I found myself relaxing and feeling safe. I am happy to say my fear of driving is simply gone and other anxieties have melted away as well. I will go to her whenever I find myself needing help with stress. I think it is safer and healthier than prescription drugs that simply puts a bandage on the real issue.

Best thing I ever did! I called Jackie to help me quit somoking. She said on our intial phone cal that it would be a total of 3 sessions, so I sent there thinking that I wouldn’t have to quit until after our 3 session. It wasn’t that she did’t explain it properly, it was more my listening skills. Well, after the 1st sesssion, I went to my car and took my pack of cigarettes and dumped them in the nearest thrash can. The follow up sessions were for reinforcement , but the first session was so effective. I had one or two small urges, but she told me how to handle those and then they were gone. I have never even had a thought about a cigarette since. It was like they did not exist in my life. I am so happy to be free.

I have been seeing Jackie regularly for insomnia. She has taught me relation techniques, which have helped me along with hypnosis. I always feel refreshed and ready to sleep after a session. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone who thinks they might benefit from hypnosis.

I had been a smoker for 19 years and tried to quit several times using patches, gum, and will power but was always unsuccessful. I could quit for a month or so but the cravings were always so strong that I would eventually give in. I had heard of Jackie from a friend of mine who had been successful in quitting through hypnosis. I was skeptical but gave it a try as I was desperate. After the first treatment I smoked one cigarette right when I left the office and have not smoked a cigarette since that time over 3 months ago. I honestly cannot explain it but I don’t have any urges to smoke. I did continue to do more sessions just to reinforce my success and the treatment has really paid off. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone attempting to quit.

I was never addicted to a cigarettes but after a few years I became a heavy smoker. I never thought I could quit smoking and get rid of this bad, stinky habbit – I have smoked for about ten years and now , thanks to Jackie and her wonderful work, I am a smoke free person. I feel so relieved that I don’t have to depand on cigarettes every day anymore .

I can recommend Jackie for to stop smoking. I smoked for years and tried everything to quit but always failed. I heard hypnosis worked so I went to Achieve Awareness and I quit. I am now a happy nonsmoker.

*After suffering for months of severe anxiety and panic attacks, which landed me in the hospital 3 times, I lost track of how many ER visits. I finally decided to be proactive and give Jackie Siples a call to see if she could help me. My 1st visit was with her on Good Friday 2010. And what a difference she has made in my life. My panic and anxiety are gone and when life throws me a curve ball, she has shown me ways of calming those waves that were so overwhelming in the past. She is a very kind person and sincerely wants to help to make life better and more relaxed. Without her help, I am confident I would still be fighting panic everyday.
