Bernie’s Wood Art is located in Floral City, Florida. Bernie Schank started Bernie’s Wood Art as a hobby 16 years ago. Now, at 71 years old, it has become a small business. I still work alone in my small shop by my home in Floral City, Florida. I do wood carvings, woodworking and wood art of all kinds. My specialties include exotic furniture, totem poles, custom home decor, custom chairs, restaurant benches with fish, gators, cars etc. I can also add your name to the back of them. As well as customize anything your heart desires!

My passion includes creating beautiful wood art, custom wood furniture and home decor for both homeowners and business establishments throughout Floral City, Inverness, Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Crystal River, Homosassa, Citrus Hills, Dunnellon, Brooksville, Masaryktown, Weeki Wachee, and the entire Citrus & Hernando County communities. My work is unique and you will truly love your own piece of art when doing business with me. Does Bernie do live chainsaw carving demonstrations? We are having a men’s event at our church and looking for cool things that men like and I thought this might be an interesting demonstration..
